Appetizers - Castin' Off

CONCH REPUBLIC FISH SPREAD (when available)- Fresh fish of the day, slow-smoked on site & blended with fresh herbs. Served with crackers.

BACON WRAPPED SHRIMP- 6 jumbo shrimp marinated in our secret mojo sauce and deep fried.

PAPA'S ISLAND CONCH FRITTERS- A delicacy from the Keys! Fresh conch steak pounded & fried in a light batter w/ onions & peppers, served w/cocktail & remoulade sauce for dipping.

SOUTHERNMOST COCONUT SHRIMP- Oversized gulf shrimp dipped in a light batter then rolled in toasted coconut and deep-fried. Served with a homemade peach dipping sauce.

WINGS YOUR WAY- 10 buffalo-style wings tossed w/ a tangy sauce. Name your heat. Served w/ blue cheese, carrots and celery.

CUBA HAVANA NACHOS- Tortilla chips piled high with a three cheese blend, tomatoes, shredded Napa cabbage, and black beans. Served w/ sour cream & fire roasted salsa. Half orders available. Add Cuban pulled pork.

FRIED OYSTERS- A half dozen deep fried gulf oysters served with cocktail sauce

FRESH SAUTEED WILD MUSHROOMS- Garden fresh mushrooms sautéed in olive oil, white wine & herbs. Served w/ freshly baked bread.

SESAME ENCRUSTED AHI TUNA Seared to order and served over a bed of wilted Napa cabbage with a tamari drizzle and a side of wasabi.

TOASTED LOBSTER RAVIOLI- 4 Panko breaded raviolis toasted golden brown with a lobster cream reduction. Served with a side of marinara.
